The attudiues that are nessasary to finish it is to cooperate with each other and listen to other people's ideas.

What is this exhibition all about

It is about what it means to be human.I say this because we worked on our own thing that we do best . Like, me,Alina,August, and Amrith we did food, decorations, and bookdrive. We like it because right now we are very good at it. So yeah that is what exhibition is all about.

Why a dance?

Cause if we have a dance we can express ourselves with the moves w all do. We also have food to express our culture and also other peoples culture, to share it with others.

What is the purpose of the dance?
The purpose of the dance is really to express who we are. To show what we can do as fifth graders.

Why invite family and friends?

We invite them because it is our last year at Mark Twain (friends.).
Our parents so they can remenmber what we did in fifth grade, as our last year in elementary.

Exhibition

Set Up-

The set up was good everyone cooperated to get it done . On the outside I thought it looked great. (Like the tables ...etc.) We put out food and thought we it was a lot.


Middle Dance-
We fed everyone that was awesome, I think we had some left over. Even the tamales were gone. We practiced the dance and we set up the projector. Let's us see how well the dance goes.
A moment later We showed family Pics and some vids. No w everyone saw us dance. I thought they were amazed by the way we danced. I thought it was awesome . The food it was almost gone. They watch and cheered as we danced.

Clean up- The clean up I got my hair sprayed blue.Their was also a lot of food left over. Me, Maya, and Skye breathed in helium and talked funny. It was a fun dance.

Reflection

This is what we (Book Drive, Decorations,and food group) accomplished so far.
We accomplished the poster outside of the classroom in the hallway, newsletter on the Tuesday folder to all the fifth graders. We are almost done with the decroations we just need 2 more steamers. It is easier to do the steamers because our mentor thought of an idea and measured it on the teacher cutter thingi so we take 2 inches less every time and cut it with a sharp blade.

Friday:Finish the Decorations

Monday: finish the dectorations if not finished

Tuesday: Anything left over

Wednesday: Field Day

Thursday:Anything left over that we can do for the dance if finished help other groups

What is my group working on?

My group is working on food, decorations, and book drive. These are the people that are in my group. August, Alina, and Amrith. Our thing to do these things. (Above in the first sentence. The food that we are going to do is for the people to make it not us so (we are asking people in our school). Maybe they can make food from their culture. The decorations for decorating the stage. ( If we are going to use the stage.) Also we are hosting a book drive. ( The books are peoples ticket in then we are going to give the books to a Charity.) Our responsibilities to do these things until the dance so good luck for everyone.

What are we doing for Exhibition?

On this year's exhibition 5th Grade is doing Who We Are. We are hosting a dance. We are going to have food, creating hats, music, funny videos, and Pictures. This is why we have the food to represent our families culture. The Hats to be creative with yourself. Music the music we like to be us. Funny videos to see that we are funny and fun people. Pictures to represent that we like taking pics of ourselves.





We decided to do this because I relates to our culture,human relations, also friends because we are doing this with people we know and we are close to. And it relates to the culture because we have the food and the dances we may not know that come from other cultures. Human Relations with our family that we are celebrating

What are my FEELINGS about the Exhibition Now?

Well, Right now I know more what exhibition is about I feel that i am more commutable with Exhibtion and what It has to do with. Right now is about problems we can solve about who we are. That is what makes it intersting it has to deal with YOU.

The way that I would describe our class is that we are good people to be with. I say this because we are funny in the class and we are kind with other people in the classroom. We also are very good with the teacher. I say this because always have a good laugh with her.

Reflection On Essays

Since I never done this before I am going to show you what I think of my Personal essay. I found out more about myself. Like, I have more relationships with my family because my parents food, traditions and culture.I also go and eat with them and they tell me about their past. It is also very interesting about what my family thought about their actions about themselves when they are little. So I think it is good that I wrote about myself to make me understand me.

This is what I think about other peoples Personal essays. They are very interesting to learn more about other people than you do now. Like, having more realisationships with people. Like, your parents, friends, animals, and other people you do not know until you meet them. Some people (friends)Like, Maya: Some Traditions with her family ever though she is part american and part Korean. Alex: He believes that commuintes should not break up.

Personal, Phyiscal,Mental, Social, and Spiritual Health

I Stay Physically healthy by swimming. I swim 3 days a week Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays. Also playing with my brother and my dog mostly like, an hour or 2 a day when I don't have too much to do. I also ride a bike around Herman Park with my dad, brother, and dog. I bike around 2 or 3 laps it takes like 2 hours because, me and my brother make an obstacle course ( it is fun).

I stay Mentally Healthy By reading a book and thinking of ideas And thoughts of what they are doing in the book. The way that I relax is that I pet my dog, he makes me think of happy places and good memories about a day. the other way I relax is that I read a book and makes me think of that world instead of my world. It makes me feel like I have no worries in my life.

I stay Socially Healthy by talking to my friends and tell them about me. Laughing with my friends having fun with them too. Telling them secrets that I never tell any one else.

I stay Spiritually Healthy by believing in things like, God and his son, Jesus. I like believing in these things because I learn more about them. Since I go to Sunday school I learn there about them.

Final Draft

People could be who they are in many ways.Well I am going to show you my way, how to be who I am.



I love pets, dogs are my favorite pet.I have one named Ronney.My friends are a part of me. I couldn't live without them. I love chocolates and I love to Swim, I swim because I love being in water.



I believe that teachers shouldn't be interrupted/blurting, because it is rude and it wastes class time.Treat other people like you would like to be treated that goes in many ways for me, like you shouldn't talk bad about other people, and be kind to them if they are kind to you.



The most important thing to me is my dog because he loves me. ( I couldn't live without my dog.) Peace, is important to me because we should be calm and just relax. Friendship, friendship should be should be kept as a memory us about what we loved. Family, family to me is just the way that we should love each other.My cousin. Ale, she is important to me because she understands my life like no one else I have ever met.



I should eat and exercise to stay fit in life. Drink water,because people need to hydrated in life.Eat food and brush teeth even though food is health for us we should brush our teeth afterwards.



I have a Swim Team and I met a lot of good people there. So it is good to go for teams and meet new people that can be your friends. Thinking of what to say to another person is hard like when a person gets on your nerves you don't want to say something bad. I won't . The way that I can connect with my friends when I am at home it is e-mailing and texting a good way to connect with your friends

Believing in God is one of my spirits . I live my heart too. Respect my parents is not an option . I need to always have respect to them. Also respect my body and others, and myself. I have to be proud or who I am and where I come from, also I need to trust myself and in my capabilities to do everything.

I always need to be polite with everyone like my family and friends. We always need to think before we say something. (This is not just me , you know) Love and respect my family because they respect and love me just for who I am.
I respect others beliefs because that is the way they work and who they are. Most of all what I do is be a good friend, because it is a good way to stay friends and stay with that person.

Every community has advantages and disadvantages. For example a classroom is a community because they have people that cooperate with each other, they stay there to learn many commno objectives. Swim team is another example of a community because they can cooperate each other in order to win a competition, they can count on each other, they share strategies to reach their common objective.

As a family we make a party in Crhistmas every year to celebrate the birth of Jesus, my family from Mexico came in that special ocasion .
My parents and us ( my brother and me) every birthday we go to eat at the restaurant and the person who the birthday chooses the place where we are going to eat for that special day.
Also every summer my cousin Ale came from Mexico to see me and we make a pijama party every time we see movies and we organize something nice for our moms such as we prepare the lunch for them.
My mom and my dad were born in Mexico , then we enjoy their food .

No children abuses because that is wrong for kids. Everyone should vote because it is not fair for the people who don't.

Doing your homework so it doesn't leave parents stressed out . The same for listening to your parents. The parents take care of you when you are sick, because when can't do it by ourselves.
Parents can't let children go into strangers or places your not supposed to because it could be dangerous.

What I think It means is to be yourself. That people should gain knowledge from school, and going to school so you can learn everything you can to make you a better you.

What SPOKE to ME........

I think this because there is a lot of fights with communities, friendships, and families.

Examples:

1. friendships break apart because of another friend.
2. Divorces with the families parents.
3. Communities have fights with the government and their voting. (Like the Constitution.)

What are my FEELINGS about the Exhibition?

I can't wait for this big project. I think it is going to go very well because, we cooperate with each other with each other very wellI think this is going to be the first best project as a group. Everybody can share their own ideas with their group,which to me is great because,it shows what we think and who we are.
