Personal, Phyiscal,Mental, Social, and Spiritual Health

I Stay Physically healthy by swimming. I swim 3 days a week Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays. Also playing with my brother and my dog mostly like, an hour or 2 a day when I don't have too much to do. I also ride a bike around Herman Park with my dad, brother, and dog. I bike around 2 or 3 laps it takes like 2 hours because, me and my brother make an obstacle course ( it is fun).


I stay Mentally Healthy By reading a book and thinking of ideas And thoughts of what they are doing in the book. The way that I relax is that I pet my dog, he makes me think of happy places and good memories about a day. the other way I relax is that I read a book and makes me think of that world instead of my world. It makes me feel like I have no worries in my life.


I stay Socially Healthy by talking to my friends and tell them about me. Laughing with my friends having fun with them too. Telling them secrets that I never tell any one else.


I stay Spiritually Healthy by believing in things like, God and his son, Jesus. I like believing in these things because I learn more about them. Since I go to Sunday school I learn there about them.
